Chairperson/Chairpeople:
Primary Duties (2):
Create a strategic agenda with the facilitators prior to each meeting, carefully allotting the appropriate amount of time to each activity
Delegate tasks appropriately to other committee members, being mindful of the time commitment each role entails
Communicate frequently with facilitators to discuss all plans for meetings
Send out surveys to determine committee-member priorities, suggestions, and needs prior to each meeting, using that information to create an agenda

Take detailed, organized notes during each meeting
At the beginning of the following meeting, give a brief overview of the previous meeting notes
Follow up with the chairperson/chairpeople/facilitators between meetings to assist with creating an agenda for the next meeting

Project Committee:
Responsible for working with members to connect them with opportunities they may be interested in
Assists with the planning and execution of a yearly TAC-wide project voted on by the committee
Communicate with facilitators to stay up to date and seek out opportunities for TAC members (and the group as a whole)

Social / Communication Programming Committee:
Plan and execute (optional) social activities (virtual or in-person, depending on the circumstances) throughout the year to promote committee camaraderie and a cohesive environment
Plan a welcome event at the beginning of each year to welcome and introduce new members to the committee
